Have an issue send reminder email at particular time?

We're kicking around the idea of creating Jira issues to schedule certain code pushes. Is there a way I could set a reminder email to be sent at a certain time out to the watchers?

You can probably do this by creating a filter and subscribing it to selected groups using a cron expression or one of the other options. You won't be able to send it to the watchers though!
