We use jira as helpdesk system and I need to be able to see statistic slise of two data informations :
- cascading field as Request Type
- Issue status
I see that default gadget doesn't work with cascading fields. Is it the only one way to get in database and query it directly and then show result as gadget.
Second question is related to users satisfaction survey. Could your please suggest any solutions to get quick feedback according to random competed ticket.
