Cannot update Zephyr license

Hi

we are using zephyr latest version.

we had 10 user license and just bought the 50 user license

how ever i cannot update it the error message is

it is urgent for us couse we need to start testing - 'The following license key will not be effective since you already have a Atlassian Marketplace generated license. Go here to delete it and then this one will be effective.'

Can you please advise?

Please make sure you reach out to Atlassian support for this. We in Zephyr no longer generate or distribute any Zephyr for JIRA licenses. All licenses are generated and distributed by Atlassian. Please reach out to their support and let them know your situation. They will be able to assist you further.
