Can't create an Account with email address

Hi, I've tried to create an Atlassian Account with the follow email Address <redacted>. But I don't get a link to verify my email. I've also tried to get a recovery link to recover password in case some how there was an account with my email, but with no luck. How can I activate my account with that email ?

Please advise,

I've pulled out your email address so you don't get overrun by bots sending you spam ;)

Hey Adam,

We found the email address that you were having trouble with had previously bounced emails back to our systems. Is it possible that this is a new email address that maybe hadn't been completely set up yet when you started creating an Atlassian ID with it?

I've reset the email on our backends so any more verification emails you try to send should go through.

Hi, I've tried to login an hipchat Account with the same email Address and password as Atlassian community but can't do it.

Sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. Can you please confirm if you were logging in using this email address - nrpzaire.cent.comms@marinha.pt ? Also, can you share the error that you are getting on your end?

Do you also happen to know that your email address might be associated to a HipChat Server / Data Center instance instead of HipChat Cloud?

The reason why I am asking is because I have checked the backend and verified that there are no accounts associated to any group with that email address. Hence, that could potentially be the main reason as to why you were unable to log in to HipChat.
