Atlassian Guard Subscription

Hi All,

We have 1500 Jira users and using Azure AD as our identity provider. Right now, we are in the Jira data center and looking forward to moving to the cloud. We are in the assessment stage.

Now, I have a couple of questions regarding Guard.

1. Do we need to purchase Atlassian Guard if we are getting premium-level licensing?

2. Will guard be a part of enterprise-level licensing? or we need to purchase it separately?

Thanks in advance for all you time and effort.

Regards,

Allena

Hi @ramyaallena

1. Yes, Premium plans also require Atlassian Guard for centralized user management.

2. An Enterprise plan includes all Atlassian Guard Standard features

Hi Allena,

  1. Atlassian Guard is not automatically included with premium-level licensing. You may need to purchase it separately.

  2. For enterprise-level licensing, Guard is generally not included by default either, so it would likely need to be purchased separately.

You can check your specific licensing details or raise a support ticket for clarification. Let me know if you need further help!
