We want to upgrade Questions for Confluence Data Center but there has been a security breach and they're not allowing it to be upgraded. How will we know when the security issues have been fixed?

The Security Advisory has details on what versions the app can be updated to that are considered stable and do not contain the vulnerability.

Thank you for your answer. We just want to upgrade the number of users from 2000 to 3000 but Atlassian says we can't do that because of the recent security breach. Should I just check the Security Advisor to see when the issue has been fixed?
