Unable to add notification rule in opsgenie

Hello all. I'm trying to create notification rules in Opsgenie, but I can't seem to find any options to add them.

Hey Kunal,

Thanks for reaching out to the community, I hope you are well.

Just to confirm, are you trying to add notification rules so that you can be notified of when alerts are created?

If so, you'll need to visit Settings > Notifications and from there you should be able to make adjustments to the notification rule. 

You can find out more about this here in our documentation. Keep in mind that if you are on the Free or Essential plan custom notification rules are not available and you are only able to configure one rule per event. I hope this helps, let us know if you need any more assistance!
