Opsgenie Alias field for Mail

We are receiving mails to opsgenie from one of our systems.

And don't see any way to achieve deduplication using the alias field.
We've tried adding it to the extra_properties, but it keeps getting generated.

Is there any other way to modify this parameter?

(we are on the essentials plan)

Thanks for any insights you may have.

Tobias

Hi @Tobias Van der Pulst ,

Unfortunately I don't think this will be possible on the Essentials plan. The Advanced tab of an integration where you can edit what data / field(s) parse in the alias is only available on the Standard and Enterprise plans (or the JSM/O Premium and Enterprise plans).

By default, the Email integration on the Essentials plan will parse the alert's ID in the alias.

Thnx Nick for the quick feedback!

Although you are trying to create an alias field - that's technically under the extra properties and not considered the alias field like here within the Advanced tab:
