Good Morning. My company has used API integration to create OpsGenie alerts from our own software/test platforms. However, I am not able to figure out how that API can trigger a JIRA ticket creation. Can someone please support me on how that 3rd party API call through OpsGenie can create a JIRA ticket. I have OpsGenie and JIRA webhooks/API's already but unable to get the external API to trigger those connections.
Thank you in advance for your support.
If you are using the Jira integrations in Opsgenie, there is a setting to have Jira issues created via alerts from 'other' integrations. Those integrations would include the default API integration, which you can use to send API calls to.
