I have a Freshservice instance that we authenticate against with SSO which has MFA enabled.
When trying to set up the Freshservice Integrator in OpsGenie, it asks for a username and password. I've tried using the Freshservice API key and also the email details but not getting any luck.
Has anyone achieved a similar set up?

It's currently not possible at this time. Engineering is aware that when SSO is enabled in FS, the outgoing flow is restricted.
We do have an open feature request for this that I've added you to in the meantime. That ticket for reference is HEIMDALL-3856. Since our tickets are not public, we'll reach out directly if/when this gets implemented.
