Hi FH Cloud,
You can prevent alert deduplication by setting the "alias" field which will represent all the alerts with that alias as a one single alert, which has it's count increased each time duplicate is received.
https://docs.opsgenie.com/docs/alert-deduplication
Depending on which service is triggering duplicate alerts the steps may vary, but the basic concept is to go to "Settings" in Opsgenie, then go to "Configured Integrations", select the integration which is triggering the alerts then select the "Advanced tab" (this is not available on free or essentials plans), you can add an "Create Alert rule", set the conditions to match the alerts you want to group together, then configure a custom value in the alias field.
If you run into any difficulties, to contact our fastest support channel, please use the chat bubble located at the bottom right hand side the Opsgenie web interface, a knowledgeable support agent will respond within a few minutes.
Thanks and kind regards,
Allen
