Coworker receiving "Webpage not available" when authenticating into Android app

One of my coworkers is trying to authenticate into his Opsgenie app on his pixel 5a running lineage and when he does, he gets an error, "Webpage not available at" (url of opsgenieauth) "could not be loaded because: net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME".  He is able to access OpsGenie via desktop without issues.  Does anyone have an idea of what could be done to fix this?

This is Mona, happy to help :)

I understand that your colleague is not able to authenticate to Opsgenie Android App and getting the error: "could not be loaded because: net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME".

The net err_unknown_url_scheme error is often detected due to an incompatibility between the protocols involved in web browsers and programs. 

Therefore, I would suggest the user go to Android Playstore -> Update the Opsgenie Application -> Try authenticating to the Application again.

In case, if updating the application doesn't resolve this issue then do open a Support ticket with us here and we'll take it from there.
