Can we get a list of open alerts assigned for a team ?
We are facing issues related to the acknowledged alerts missed due to no action on those, is there a way we can retrigger the alert if it is not closed for 1 day or 2 day after acknowledging?
Also can we get a dashboard kind of thing which will allow us weekly to go over open alerts associated with our team?

Hi @Manu John,

There are a couple of ways that you can get a list of open alerts assigned to a team. One way is to filter the alerts page specifically for alerts that are opened and assigned to the team: 

Another way to get this list is to use the Alert Analytics report, and also filter it for only alerts that are open and assigned to the team: 

For a way to retrigger the alert if it is not closed after acknowledging, you can enabled the repeat option on your teams escalation policy. You can also choose here to revert acknowledge and seen states back on each repeat turn if the alert is not closed: 

For a dashboard that will show you open alerts assigned to your team, I would again suggest the Alert Analytics report shown in the screenshot above. You can schedule delivery of this report with your filters saved to go out weekly. 🙂
