Announcing Opsgenie's New User Interface

Hi there! Happy Summit week! We’re excited to announce our fresh, new look! Inspired by customer feedback and Atlassian’s brand aesthetic, the new Opsgenie user interface  is streamlined. You'll will find the new UI easier to navigate thanks to a simplified menu.

Other top changes include:

  • Separate pages for Incidents and Alerts

  • In-context action buttons that are revealed when your cursor hovers over an alert

  • Access to a support hub that provides in-app guidance and tips

When will the new User Interface with the Incident Timeline be available? As a Jira Ops User i don't want to lose Functionality in the Transition.

Hi Michael!  

Thanks for your question. If you start a free trial today, your trial will be in the New UI with Postmortems and Incident Timeline available. 

Timeline and Postmortem are Enterprise features, after opening a trial, enable these features by: 
1. Clicking on the Quick start guide icon quick start guide.png

2. Clicking on next steps Screen Shot 2019-04-12 at 9.27.09 AM.png

3. Selecting the Enterprise plan, from this screen Screen Shot 2019-04-12 at 9.27.20 AM.png
