I have customers in Jira Service Desk I want to forward them a KB article as part of the ticket. When they click on the link I want them to use SSO to login to the portal and view the article.
I configured Atlassian Access for Azure SSO.
I can't add customer to authentication policy.
Based on Atlassian Access Portal customers are not billable.
