Introducing agile to RevOps - how do you approach this?

Hi Community and @Emma Schnee 

I am new to the group, and very excited to join. I founded a social enterprise called Magic Electricity Box and we are a WISE for regional and rural youth to support their pathways into creative and arts-based careers. 

My question is about Revenue Operations and introducing Agile into the ways we can optimize and increase efficacy into our marketing-sales-customer success workflow. 

Can it be done? Has anyone done is before? What tools are most useful? What advice can you share? 

All the best and thanks for being such a great group! (P.S if there is an Atlassian Confluence or Jira expert in the group, I would love to talk specifics about our workflow).

Magic Electricity Box sounds amazing—what a great initiative! We’re glad to have you here.

I haven’t personally implemented Agile in Revenue Operations, but I’ve heard it can be super effective for streamlining workflows. Tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Jira (especially for Agile project management) might be worth exploring.

I’m sure others here have valuable insights, and hopefully, a Confluence or Jira expert can chime in too!
