Today i try to open my Jira account (trail peroid) not open .

 

 

How much time for trail  period ??

Hello @Rahul Rai welcome to the community. If you are on cloud, trial lasts 7 days and might be able to extend it a bit more if you contact Atlassian support team. You should have received emails that trial was ending and needed to add the credit card details for sure

Hi @Rahul Rai ,

You most probably signed up for a free account, which allows for a max of 10 users and 2GB storage. In this case, you would be able to use it for free with certain limitation and would get deactivated after 120 days of inactivity. You may read more about this: Jira Cloud plans
