New and wanting to use Jira to manage projects, testing and change

Hello there

 

I am very new to Jira and I am really keen to use the tool set in the management of projects and testing. Are there any goo templates that we can reuse to encourage people to utilise the product rather than continually use manual process. After all the product todate looks fantastic and is very easy to use
