I have joined a new company recently and all the Project management is done through JIRA. I am totally new to this "world" but I am looking forward to learn and excel.

@Ritu Aroskar Welcome to JIRA!

Atlassian University is a great resource. There are some free 100 level modules that are a great introduction to Jira Software.

Each of these take about 30 minutes and have review sections that help with internalizing the material.
