Hi , guys. what steps do I need take to prevent my company email dumping exsternal mail into my service managment project. Obviousley i give ou my email, is there away to configure the system so it sits in a specific queue.

any email that is sent to the email address you have configured as the email handler for your JSM project will be processed by the JSM email handler. Generally that will result in a new ticket being created unless a previously created ticket key is in the subject at which point it would be a comment added.
You need to ensure that the email address you choose is dedicated to your GSM project.
He said I am trying to understand your exact scenario. You mentioned something about using a Queue but unsure exactly what you’re trying to accomplish.
