My name is Richard Scholtes!

Not really new anymore to JSM, but consider myself still in Rookie status.

I encountered and rolled JSM out in 2021 (when it still was JSD) and learned a lot in this process. Today I dig deep into AI, tutor other newbies, thrive in automation and I am currently reviving my school HTML skills for proper e-mail formatting in Atlassian Automation. 2024 is a year I am excited about because I will not only get my first backup colleague, but also a second one! So more tutoring, more training, that's my jam!
