Sharing the Knowledge Base Online

Hi,

I have created a knowledge base using Confluence. I do not want to integrate it with my JIRA Service Desk.

I want to have a public link something similar to (https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb) what JIRA knowledge base has. This seems very simple but I am unable to generate this kind of link. I can just see the Overview Page. can anyone assist me on how can I get the public link?

I need to publish my Knowledge Base something like this - I do not want the user to be re-directed to my Confluence Board.

It seems that you misunderstood my question. I did not mention anything about translation/Korean Language.
