How is the best way to do data migration from ProSims to Lumary?

I am a newbie to IT and I am employed to a n NGO who have an old CRM which is ProSims that is run only in Internet Explorer.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I think you may be in the wrong place, neither of the products you name are Atlassian applications or apps for Atlassian applications.

My guess is that one of them uses Atlassian's Confluence for documentation and you've clicked for "help with Confluence" instead of "help with prosims or lumary"
