How to monitor and control 20 and above projects by one Programme Manager on confluence.

I'm a Programme manager handling multiple small projects. These projects has dependencies with 3rd party platforms and cross functional dependencies.

How to track and monitor effectively and see which project has blockers on its way.

I'm not sure I understand what you need assistance with.  What type of blockers do you think one of the projects might have?  Where would the blockers occur within the project?  For instance, are you setting up automation rules?

Blockers like "3rd party platform integrations" and "Cross functional team dependencies"

@Vanagundhi.Praveen

Could you please be more specific?  We don't know what 3rd party platform integrations you have set up.   What dependencies do you have set up?  What specific issue are you having or is this more of a general overall question?

@Vanagundhi.Praveen - interesting post, thanks for sharing.

We're in very early stages with a new product: Panorama for Confluence. Would this be of interest at all? https://www.kolekti.com/getpanorama

Heya @Vanagundhi.Praveen  - without more specifics it could be challenging to find a good solution, but some ideas:

1. Use "Page properties" - insert a Page Properties macros for each project page ( or top level) and include a row for each piece of info (e.g. owner, dependencies, etc).  Have a single page with a Page Properties Report macros to pull all that in (you can also use labels to pull in just specific types, e.g. engineering, by integration, etc).

2. Use a Database - I've been exploring using databases to track project work (see more here https://youtu.be/ga7gWPYTEJ8) - but this could be a way to help you track things. You can also cross-link databases, so if you have multiple ones, or need "depth" to your data you can string them.
