zephyr import utility error - required fields are missing

Hi,

I am having issues using the Zephyr import utility in that it complains that I am missing required fields - Name, Step and Result - despite the fact that I'm using the sample import file that I downloaded from the Zephyr Help Center.

The error message in the log file is:

[ForkJoinPool-1-worker-13] ImportSwingApp$$anon$21.applyOrElse(214) | Thu Apr 05 15:48:47 AEST 2018 The following required fields are missing : Name, Step, Result.

Note that I tried the following without any success:

• selecting different Discriminator values
• changed the column name from STEPS to Step of the import file

Please ignore my question as I didn't see the area below the 'Attach worksheet to issue' checkbox where I needed to map the columns.
