tempo-rest tracker requests and cookies generated every few seconds

My web browser reports ?_=137###### requests every few seconds from our Jira dashboard for these URLs. The tracker IDs appear unique every time they are generated.

Does this look normal or should we be concerned? Is this just the way Tempo tracks time with session cookies?
