Is there a way I can mute the automatic comments in the activity stream?

I'm not aware that this is possible. Do you know more? Joggler "just" writes worklog items.

In JIRA 6.2 you can filter edit events. This will filter out the log events. You might miss edits though when you do that.

Unfortunately we have not found a way to prevent JIRA from adding this entries to the activity stream yet. On the bright side: This allows you to see who is working on what issue at the moment.

We are not yet upgraded to 6.2 so I will try this when we are. Would be great if Joggler could log with an own activity type. This will allow to filter only Joggler events.

Was this updated in the meantime? We would like to disable time record entries in the activity stream as well because it is too noisy and we are missing important updates in the stream.
