What data does easy agile user story map collect (detailed fields) & what is connection method used

Our legal department is trying to determine if we can use this plugin for our global Jira application and is looking for details to address our worker councils and GDPR regulation requirements.  We are looking for the connection method (how the data is integrated from your plugin back to your site).  We are also looking to see what data is collected by the plugin in detail so we can share this information with our international teams to see if they will allow us to purchase the plugin.
