We can not install draw.io plugin on Confluence Server

I can not install draw.io plugin as a trial license on our confluence.

Constantly get "Problem accessing add-on file at draw.io Diagrams for Confluence."

Can you help us?

I also tried to browse community but did not find an answer.

Are you behind a firewall or anything?

Have you tried installing the add-on directly using the .jar file?
