Several times over the last few weeks I have noticed that this plug in is disabled with a message that it could not install or something. (My bad for not recording the message.) Each time I uninstall it and reinstall it and it looks fine. Then I find it in an error condition a few days later.

I actually don't know how much time elapses, it is just that I happen to notice it when doing something else.

Anyone else seeing this?

JIRA v5.2.6#849-sha1:560c048
Wallboard Version: 1.7.3
Don't (yet) know what/when the disablement is triggerd.
I have to request logs, so which log(s) are involved?

Hi George,

It might help to know:

  • JIRA version
  • JIRA wallboard plugin version
  • did it get disabled when you upgrade the UPM ?
  • any trace in the JIRA logs related to wallboard ? You can check this by checking on the timestamp for the most recent incident
