We're experiencing the same issue, and it is a blocker to purchasing.
Even when users are still logged in to the JIRA instance, they are periodically prompted for 2FA.
It looks like every time the "keep me logged in" check if being done for authentication, the 2FA is still being triggered, requiring users to verify their token again.
This is causing most of our users to hate this new security feature we've added (although they're used to 2FA and use it on most other services).
Can this please be addressed?
