This add-on can be used also to add tooltips (somehow ...) to JIRA Service Desk Customer Portal?

Hi Chadi,
This add-on is specific to the Confluence editor so it wouldn't translate to JIRA Service Desk. JSD already gives you the ability to add instructional text on requests and next to fields so I don't think there would be much value in adding tooltips on top of that.
