Time based automations with Automation Lite for JIRA Cloud

Deleted user April 18, 2017

Using

{{#now}}func=minusSeconds({{#issue.created}}toSeconds{{/issue.created}}), format="toSeconds"{{/now}} from https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/wiki/display/AUTO4J/Working+with+Dates gives very inconsistant results. I can only get it to send at all with equals 0 or does not equal 0 The email that is sent from this automation also includes the time.

I did multiple tests creating a ticket that matched the name requirement for this rule to work and got results that were very inconsistant.

Could I get an example of a trigger that waits 2 minutes after an issue is created? If you could include each option "First value" "Condition" "Second Value" that would be very helpful.

Hi Tyler,

We don't support delayed triggers just yet: https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-100

We've got quite a few higher priority items in our backlog at the moment so it will be a while before we can get to this, but we'll let you know when we get a chance to work on this.

Cheers,

 Andreas
