Strike through is working when status is "Closed" and resolution is "Completed" but not when status is "Done Done" and resolution is "Completed" in Test execution.

You should find that an *issue* is struck out when it has any resolution set. 

However, you've not explained how you are doing "test execution", so we don't know the context of your question.
