Script Runner no longer available for Cloud users?

We are using Atlasssian Cloud. I would like to use Script Runner (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.onresolve.jira.groovy.groovyrunner) and, per the installation instructions for Cloud users:

" This add-on is free for Server instances.
" You may download and install it using the Universal Plugin Manager inside of your Atlassian application.

and on the install docs tab:

  1. Log into your JIRA instance as an admin.
  2. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
  3. Locate Script Runner via search.

I have tried to find it in the Universal Installer... searching for Script Runner, Script, and Runner, but nothing comes up. Is it no longer available?

I think this is a misunderstanding... it never has been available for cloud users. When I look at the page on MAC it says:

This add-on is not available for Cloud.

It has never been available for JIRA Cloud only for self hosted server instances
