Yes, but you can not do it directly from the test cycles page. What you are going to want to do is go the Search Test Executions navigator. In here you can perform a ZQL to pull up all the executions from a specific cycle. Once you pull them up you can go ahead an execute in the order to chose to place them in. You can change the order by clicking on the column headers and it will sort by that column.
