Hi,
Our firm has signed on to trial the Jira add-on - Priority Scoring Calculator.
From what I can see there is a reasonable rating for the product but I have an issue with setting it up and there has been no response from support which seems to be inactive.
Our trial time is rapidly dwindling but I am interested in giving the add-on a decent go.
Has anyone got any understanding of the position of the add-on support? Is it still a going concern or should I cut my losses?
