No thumbnail images are showing up on Confluence Questions or Spaces

File thumbnails are showing up as broken image links:

This is true on our Confluence Questions with docs that other staff have uploaded, and also on other pages on our Space. Also, when I try to insert an image or file on to a Space Page, I click the "insert image or file" button, navigate to the file, and click "insert". Then, the dialogue box closes, but no file, image, or thumbnail appears on the page. 

It seems that no images are able to be displayed. I have asked several staff members to try it out on different computers, and browsers, with no success. 

Any thoughts?

Could you let me know, are you on Confluence Cloud? 

There's a bug right now and it seems like you might be running into it:

• CONFCLOUD-58739

The issue occurs with PDFs as well as Microsoft Office files, but not images.

Could you confirm if this is your issue?

Hi Shannon. Yes, I'm on Confluence Cloud. And yes, that link references the same problem I am having. I am now 'watching' that thread.
