After an update for the Herzum Approval Plugin. We are having issues sending approval notification to users. I read the description of the error and was instructed by documentation to edit the conditional rule.
I don't have the option to chose 'condition = ok' from the approval mapping administration menu.
Can you please give us some assistance?
I have not understood why you relates the missing request approval notification to a missing conditional rule.
The cause of the missing request approval notification can be related to the followed add-on upgrading procedure.
Following, an extract of the Herzum Approval - Installation and Upgrade guide (https://chicago.herzum.com/confluence/display/HAP/Herzum+Approval+-+Installation+and+Upgrade):
On upgrading the add-on to an up to date version, it's strongly suggested to upload the add-on in order to maintain active the configured Approval Mail Handler.
Consider that on uninstalling and installing the add-on it is possible that configured Approval Mail Handler doesn't register so that approval via e-mail doesn't work. If you encounter this problem, you need to delete the existing Mail configuration and re-create it as detailed on the HAP - Mail System Configuration guide.
Additionally I have not understood if you want a conditional rule on your mapping. I hope it is clear that it's not mandatory to set it.
