Is there a way to speed up the loading time of the story map?

In my project we have currently 71 epics and more than 500 JIRA issues. And it´s taking around one minute or more to load the story map making it really hard to use every time we want. Since every time we update anything from outside the map we need to refresh and wait around one minute to load.

Is it possible to speed this up somehow?

The plugin is great but this is making it a deal breaker for us.

We've made significant performance improvements over the past few months. Please ensure that your System Administrator has installed the latest version of the add-on, as of this writing that is 3.6.1.
