Is there a way to restrict the reopening of Tempo's Timesheets to specific groups of users only?
Hi Timothy
In period management it is possible to close periods so that worklogs within the period can not be edited. For period management rights a user must have the Tempo Administrator permission.
For more information on Period Management please see: https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO0712/Period+Management
If the timesheet approval process is enabled then users with the approve timesheet permission that are reviewers can reopen timesheets.
For more information on the Timesheet Approval Process please see:
https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO0712/Timesheet+Approval+Process
If the timesheet has been closed via the scheduler then the user with the timesheet approval process can grant other users a grace period so that they can temporarily edit worklogs.
For more information on the scheduler please see:
https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO0712/Grace+Periods
I hope this answers your question.
Best regards,
