I have to filter set of results from another filter

This is my scenario

I have to filter list of Test Set (issuetype) with label repo and then i have to filter the list of test(issue type) associated to Test Set (result from Filter 1) with label automated

I don't think this is a ScriptRunner specific question, unless I have missed something. You can combine results from filters in JQL by using:

filter="Filter Name" AND labels in ("Automated")

Feel free to give a more concrete example if this is not your question.
