How to contact the provider about plugin errors?

There is no email anywhere, not in provider's WIKI, Docs or JIRA, not on Atlassian website.

Issue Tracker does not let report an issue.

Hi Anna,

Thank you for trying the add-on!

As we responded earlier on email and in your review we had an issue with the permissions configuration on our issue tracker which has been fixed and you should be able to view the issue that you created. The issue has already been fixed and will be available in the next release - targeted for the end of this week.

It seems you've had a response now? Their issue tracker permissions weren't quite right but they've fixed it now?
