How do I get the current page title in my page without a line feed?

Scott Genevish January 19, 2018

I created a User Macro to get the current page title, as described here:

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Get-Page-Title-in-template/qaq-p/435016

It works, but it adds a line feed before the title.  How can I prevent that line feed?

To expand on my goal, I'm using the SQL Query macro to pull data from a database based on the current page name.  When I add my macro inside the SQL Query macro, the page name has a line feed in it.

Thanks,

Hi @Scott Genevish,

When you insert the macro and click on it, do you get two additional icons next to the Remove button? If you do, select the first one (Display in new line). That should remove the extra line above the title.
