How do I add a Gliffy Diagram in Conflunce 4.3.1?

When I try to ad a Gliffy Diagram to a Confluence page the standard Confluenc eedit page opens, not the Gliffy diagram editor. We have Confluence 4.3.1 and Gliffy plugin version 4.5.7.

Hello - this is what we found when running Confluence 4.3.2 and Gliffy 5.4.7 when we were having the same issue. In Gliffy 4.5.7 the page editor is supposed to open, then a pop up appears asking you what kind of diagram you want to create. From there, you can choose a diagram, hit create and Gliffy opens. In our case, this wasn't working with version 4.5.7 and we had to revert back to 4.5.6. Now it is working.

I hope that helps! :)

We upgraded to Gliffy 5.0 and now it's working again. Thanks for your answer.
