How can I comment within a page- similar to track changes?

I am trying to find a way that people can comment on content within a page ( not in the comment box underneath the content). Simlar to track changes in word. I have found a comment (hide) macro but am not sure how to use it

Hi Sarah,

Sorry for the confusion, that Comment macro in Zen merely allows you to add notes to the page content, which are ignored when the page displays.

Unfortunately with Zen, the comments mechanism at the bottom is the only way to add comments.
