Gantt chart would not indicate closed issues

Dear Frank,

I'm really happy with the gantt chart integration and we're making good use of it. I did however run into the issue that the chart wouldn't display closed tickets in a different color. What are we doing wrong?

Hi Rudisoft,

please ensure, that you set the remaining effort to zero (resulting in a progress of 100%) within the workflow transition setting the status of an issue to "close".

If you do not want to see closed issues at all, you can define a related JIRA filter and select this one.
