I get this error in the UPM "This add-on could not be loaded. It has one or more errors which prevent it from being enabled."

Yes, up to UPM v2.10 it works fine but UPM v2.10.2 cause some trouble. Having Atlassian as official reseller, I depend on their "ThirdPartyLicenseManager" to validate the licenses, which are generated by Atlassian.

Within the name of my Gantt-Chart, I have referenced the compliant environment of JIRA and UPM versions.

Currently, I am heavily involved in finding a suitable solution for that incompatibility problem.
