Every time the user selects the issue type "create new project" an email gets triggered to the team

* Email issue (JMWE add-on) - Send a notification email about the current issue in the workflow. Every time the user selects the issue type "create new project" an email gets triggered to the team with the details to create the new project. This is not working . I have tested this at my end and it works but when ever any other requester uses this feature team receives no mail. Can you please rectify/solve this .Please find the attached screenshot of the post function and the mail that has been configured. Are we missing out on something?
