Yup, works fine on our Test env which was upgraded to 4.3 today!
We have it installed w 4.3.5 (I really like the ability to schedule log scans afterhours!), but be careful if you upgrade Support Tools to 3.0.25 - there is a bug reported - lots of log entries created.
